Having conditioned our palates on Kona coffee some thirty - well let's just say a long time ago - our passion for a freshly roasted, clean tasting cup of coffee began…. Traveling to Hawaii got us hooked on Kona.
We grew up on the east coast so the time change for us was always about 5-6 hours, so we never knew if it was morning or if it was night….. we needed coffee. So every morning (or night) we walked down South Kihei Road in search for the good stuff. Ahh, fresh Kona coffee…100% back in the day. Then, after traveling to a coffee farm in Hawaii we learned about "the secret trick". The trick wasn't just because it was Kona coffee in paradise that made it taste so good…. but that it was freshly roasted!! We couldn't believe it. Freshly roasted coffee really makes the difference, and that's how it all started.
Fieldstone Coffee Roasters can now share the secret and passion with you by providing everything you need to experience a freshly roasted cup of coffee for a cup that we say is "Fieldstone Fresh" or "Hawaiian secret style".
Now as much as we enjoy our Kona coffee we have found several other excellent beans for you to enjoy. Our store is packed with freshly roasted coffee, coffee accessories and home coffee roasters. We have done extensive research in an effort to provide you with the highest quality beans and a varied bean selection. All of our beans are 100% Arabica and our decaf. coffees are only Swiss Water Decaf (SWD means the caffeine is pulled out with water, not chemicals). The bean menu at Fieldstone Coffee consists of natural, organic, fair trade, shade grown, and/or bird friendly coffee beans. We believe in doing our part to take care of the environment so we ship our freshly roasted beans in 100% PLA compostable bags, and we donate our left over coffee grinds and coffee parts to farmers and gardeners.
