For those of you that would like to go to orgin and visit a working coffee farm I recommend Finca Dos Jefes in Boquete, Panama. The owners of the farm are friends of mine that once lived in California. Well... they got the coffee bug....and some of you know what bug I am talking about. So now they have a seven acre organic working farm just three miles from the heart of downtown Boquete. The guest house is beautiful and the grounds are majestic. Also, if you would like to I think you may roast your own coffee there. Please mention Fieldstone Coffee Roasters website- maybe they will set you up with some extra coffee or something....
