Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. You can shop at www.fieldstonecoffeeroasters.com online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.
The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping
Fieldstone Coffee Roasters does not add to the shipping costs.
Fieldstone Coffee Roasters offers two shipping methods: UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Post.
UPS Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and the actual cost will be presented to you as a drop-down choice.
USPS Parcel Post charges are also available as a drop-down choice and are based upon the following chart:

Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from New Jersey. There is no tax for anyone on coffee beans.

Safety
Never leave your coffee roaster during the roast process. Fieldstone Coffee Roasters is not responsible for roaster fires, and highly recommends following the manufactures instructions.

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Fieldstone Coffee Roasters, you must contact customer support
by email (info@fieldstonecoffeeroasters.com).Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name,
the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Privacy Policy
Fieldstone Coffee Roasters do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise and coffee sold by Fieldstone Coffee Roasters is sold as is
without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Fieldstone Coffee Roasters, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.
Warranties
Coffee roasters come with a 1 year warranty from the respective manufacturer.
